Submission Terms & Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Dhahabu Bulk Traders ("we", "us") handles the information you provide when you submit a trade enquiry through this website.
What we collect
The details you enter in the enquiry form — your company, name, email, phone number, buyer type, the products and quantities you are interested in, and your message.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry — to prepare pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times and shipping options, and to correspond with you about a potential or ongoing trade relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who can see it
Our trade team, and our website/forms provider (Netlify), which processes form submissions on our behalf. Spam protection is provided by Google reCAPTCHA.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting trade relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing trade@dhahabubulktraders.com. We handle personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to your details being processed as described above.
